Track and Trace Sysytems
The key to your success in process control! Track and trace systems from SICK identify 1D and 2D codes, read and write to RFID tags, and provide high-resolution images for downstream processes (video coding, OCR, etc.). Furthermore, these systems provide volume and weight measurements. The systems can be certified if necessary. Object contours are verified. Any combination of the functions listed above can be realized with SICK's track and trace systems.
Vision Master Data Analyzer
The Vision Master Data Analyzer track-and-trace system captures the dimensions, the weight, and the bar code of objects in one step. Measuring automation light grids (MLG) enable measurements to be taken regardless of the object's reflective properties. This means that the Master Data Analyzer can be relied upon to deliver accurate measured data for objects packaged in foil in particular. It is not necessary to align objects. Measurements can be carried out in both directions. Data is send directly after an object has been detected. Measurements can even be interrupted. The Master Data Analyzer also impresses with its rugged design, simple and intuitive operation, and maintenance-free mechanism.
Lector Identification System
The Lector Identification System reads codes and assigns them to the associated object. Thanks to its high resolution, the small, powerful Lector85x 12-megapixel matrix camera offers reliable read results for any object size. It successfully reads codes regardless of the code quality thanks to intelligent, AI-based decoding algorithms. The high processing power also allows high conveyor belt speeds for greater throughput. Through real time object tracking and three-dimensional software assignment, the Lector Identification System reliably performs the code assignment task even with small object gaps.
