Our Highlights:

Ultraschnelle 3D-Inspektion bei Fahrgeschwindigkeit von Schiene und Zug
Maintenance and inspection

Ultra-fast 3D inspection
at travel speed of rail and train

Predictive maintenance of rails is a demanding task, as it often takes place under difficult conditions. Its high speed and high dynamic range in combination with IP65 or IP67 enclosure rating make the Ranger3 the ideal partner for inspecting large sections of rail and trains in a short time – and with a high fault detection rate. This increases the availability of the train while lowering maintenance costs at the same time.

Volumenlastvermessung mit dem Railway Profiling System RPS
Traffic management in railway

NEW: Load volume measurement

The volume of the load on a freight wagon is often more important than its weight, particularly in case of loads with an indeterminate moisture content, for example paper, coal or wood. Wherever open freight wagons are used to transport goods, the LVM System is suitable for determining both the volume of the existing load (load volume) and the remaining load. Thanks to the flexible layout of the system, it is possible to implement a wide variety of applications in the area of volume measurement.

Identifikation von Zügen in voller Fahrt mit RFID-Technologie
Traffic management of trains

Identification of fast moving trains
using RFID technology

UHF RFID transponders are mounted on each railcar and RFID readers are installed on a train monitoring system.

The data generated by the transponders therefore supports the recording of critical measured values on the condition of rail vehicles, wheelsets, axles, brakes and suspensions. RFID is used to determine at an early stage which specific train part needs to be serviced. This can reduce costs, increase availability and improve reliability.
