What does it cost?
There is no entry fee for invited guests. This includes the Monday networking event with appetizers and drinks as well as the Tuesday main event with breakfast and lunch provided. Hotel and transportation are on your own and not included.

How long does it go?
The networking event begins at 6pm EST Monday, Oct 6. On Tuesday, Oct 7, breakfast is ready at 7am with sessions beginning at 8am. The sessions will continue throughout the day until about 5pm. A networking event will follow at around 6pm with the Pittsburgh Robotics Network.

When should I arrive?
Morning or afternoon of Monday Oct 6. Networking event at Olive or Twist begins at 5pm.

What is a Speed Share?
New this year is a speed share format where we ask an attendee to share an application challenge or use case in under 2-3 minutes.
It's intentionally short to provoke and inspire conversation and collaboration ahead of a networking break.
The use case application story should address the following 3 components:
  • an application challenge, problem, or opportunity,
  • a solution or concept, and
  • a measured business impact or outcome

Will meals be provided?
Yes. Monday night appetizers & drinks. Tuesday breakfast and lunch.
