Robotics Exchange Summit October 5-7
Robot Interoperability Workshop October 8

Robotics Exchange Summit

The 2026 Robotics Exchange Summit is a high-impact, community-focused robotics forum where OEMs, integrators, and end-users move beyond concepts to real-world deployment insight—accelerating safer, scalable automation across mobile, outdoor and industrial robotics.

The event brings together the most influential minds shaping mobile, outdoor, and industrial robotic systems—from warehouses and factories to outdoor and mixed environments. Attendees gain practical, deployment-tested insights, learn directly from peers who've overcome real challenges, and help shape the future of robotics through candid dialogue on safety, standards, and system integration.

Unlike traditional trade shows, this is a working summit for authentic knowledge exchange—focused on lessons learned, technical depth, and meaningful connections that drive decisions and make an impact.

Real robots. Real deployments. Real conversations...

Yes, this curated-for-quality, event is still free! We believe it's about connections, not revenue. Space is limited, register early.

Robot Interoperability Workshop

Consider extending your stay and join us October 8 for the Robot Interoperability Framework Workshop led by Daniel Theobald of the Intelligent Machine Guild. Building on the inaugural robot interoperability soiree at Uber Headquarters back in March 2026, this event will establish a clear industry consensus on the following 4 domain challenges:

  1. Human-Robot Interaction Models
  2. Robot Intent Sharing Mechanisms
  3. Task and Environment Semantics
  4. Shared World Model Architecture
