If you design or validate machine safety,

this webinar is for you

This webinar is designed for machine builders, system integrators, safety engineers, and EHS professionals who design or validate safety systems using safeguards where separation distance is critical. It’s especially relevant for those working with light curtains, laser scanners, interlocks and guards who need to correctly apply separation distance requirements in line with current safety standards.

About the host

Chris Soranno is a TÜV Rheinland–certified Functional Safety Expert with deep competence in machine safety standards, including separation distance calculation and risk reduction measures. As SICK’s Manager of International Safety Standards, he actively contributes to ISO, IEC and ANSI standards that govern how separation distance is applied to machinery, such as industrial robots. This webinar focuses on how to correctly calculate and validate separation distance to meet safety compliance requirements.
